Promotion of movement and exercise through a walkable, bike-friendly site design and the provision of numerous active recreation spaces. Make healthy food accessible to people of all incomes through site programming and community-based activities that teach people how to cook and eat healthier. 

Community and Cultural Integration

Providing for an economically and culturally diverse community through the provision of safe, high-quality rental and homeownership opportunities for all; ranging from the formerly homeless, to low, moderate, middle, and market rate households. Social, cultural and entertainment activities appealing to broad ethnic backgrounds and creating active comfortable spaces for community interaction.  

Economic Diversity and Development

Creating spaces for a range of commercial opportunities that promote year-round local businesses and jobs, which serve local retail needs as well as seasonal destination retail further bolstering small business revenue generated by visitors.
